What made you feel good today

Surrounded by noise, debris (which is religiously cleared away), open to the elements, no room to move as furniture from the dining room is shoved into the living room, I feel good because the most necessary part of my planned refurbishments is finally underway.

For me, it was that my 14 year old Corvette passed its CT (that's an MOT) with zero defects. Phew!

I think it's the formal pose that makes them look arkward, and the minutes they need to hold the pose whilst he took the shot.  ;D

Thanks OB. I learnt it at school, from scratch, with proper attention to grammar, spelling and pronunciation, so I did not pick up any 'bad language habits,' that had to be 'un-learnt.' But it is still 'school English,' developed and improved by thirty years in England of course!
