My feel good today was the arrival back from ECU Testing of the MAFS/ECU for our Merc. Fitted it and we now have a totally different car - ie one that works.

And all without being gouged €1500 by Mercedes for a new unit. That's a result.

The day keeps getting better...the big boss has just left for the day, and I've been told by my boss that she may want me to go to Bournemouth on Weds to do interviews, or to somewhere else to start the consultation process for some new sites we're taking on...so that will be 3 days out of the office next week....and if I get to Bournemouth I am definately taking the camera with me as I'll come back through the New Forest and hopefully get some shots there as well as in Bournemouth itself if I get the chance...
Considering I was feeling a bit low at the beginning of the week as I thought it was going to be a bad week, I am really really pleased the way this week has panned out now just need to win the lottery tomorrow and I'll be a happy chappy, failing that if my horse comes in on the sweepstake for the grand national tomorrow I can get Elements 9 with the winnings and the jessops voucher my in laws sent me for my birthday....
oh and work presented me with 2 bottles of Chateau Neuf du Pape for my birthday which was last Sat, they got mixed up and thought it was this weekend not last weekend but hey I don't mind I'm just very grateful to them all.....

Looks like spring has finally arrived in Ontario. Grass is green again, it's warmish and my Crocus are blooming. I noticed yesterday my neighbour's tulips are coming along nicely.
Hopefully more blooms are around at Easter!

I got a phone call out of the blue this morning from the competition secretary of Croydon camera club, asking  if I could bring one of my prints to the inter club comp of the South London Federation that got a certificate in the Annual exhibition. It gave me a big confidence boost

Didn't do too well with our Crocuses, as it was cloudy and windy, and when the sun came out they were all flat.
