ok - not used this feature myself but having read the book this is covered in the speech option system preferences.
There is a box to tick/ untick that enables text to speech, but also the book mentions cmd + f5 as the on / off switch once this feature is enabled.

Step Daught has just returned from a failed attempt to move to the states.
She has invaded the house for the last 2 1/2 days and totally disrupted every thing.
Today spent 7 hours of my day taking her and her bag of bloody CD's to London so she work tonight.

I can drive a train from Brighton to London in 52 minutes - total 2 hours round trip.
Where the hell did the other 5 hours go?

7 hours of my life i will never get back!  >:( >:( >:(

got 100 pics full of noise which I had taken yesreday at dawn.
Not for the first time I had somehow enabled auto iso.

I always check the picture by zooming in close on the 3" lcd screen on the camera.  :tup:

Heavy rain which ruined a great opportunity at the Sheffield Rememberance Service... Have to say if war didn't finish the Vets off sitting in an 80+ YO in the rain may well do....
