What annoyed you today?

  What annoys me today, tomorrow and every day until the end of time.

  People who say things like;

    "I'm likeing"...No! "You like"!
    "You do the math"...No! "You do the maths"! (and don't tell me what to do!)
    "Going forward" (I saw a financial adviser the other day and she said it 7 times, and this was after I'd started counting!)

    Talking like this doesn't make you sound like a trendy Californian, it makes you sound desperate!

    Oh and people who use too many exclamation marks!

Sorry to quote my own post, but someone just actually said to me "Go figure"!
  Needless to say, they are now lying in a shallow grave having been introduced to Mr Baseball Bat!

It is on my Mac too from Nik Software.  It does exist for Windows, look for ProTec6.

When my mac boots I get a warning (paraphrasing) "Insecure item ProTec6 disabled" And now Perfect Elements 8 won't work as it can't communicate with a background service...
Maybe I'll just remove it - I never used it much anyway...

Removed my Perfect Elements 8 as it offered nothing I couldn't achieve in LR. Some one mentioned presets - but I don't even really use them. A preset is only slider settings saved so you can apply instantly to another image at a click. I prefer the playing with sliders - other wise what am I, or LR for that matter, there for?

If just to press the shutter I might as well shoot in JPG only and save myself all the grief.

WAMT - Can't get the Zoom ASIO driver to work with Cubase. Apparently, according to Steinberg, it's possibly something to do with my graphics driver. Good grief, how do audio and video drivers manage to crash into each other like that?

I am type this in bed.  I have been here pretty much the last three days.   I still have a fever but it has dropped a bit and the antibiotics will do their thing but I have not eaten any solid food,  except for a small chocolate egg and I let that melt in my mouth,  since Tuesday.

My throat feels better this morning.  I still did not sleep well so tired.  I think my fever is gone (I have not taken temp yet).  The aches are gone.  I have still not eaten anything solid yet since my throat is still pretty sore.

During the week they are not here most of the day.  Each daughter did bring me a stuffed animal in bed.   I do still have a low fever but I did eat a little bit of solid food.
