The Fly

When I was tidying up my shed....I mean company car, I turned around to find this fella on my Hi-Viz jacket, so I dashed into the kitchen to grab my camera. If anyone knows what this fly is, I'd appreciate the feed back. It was quite large, about the size of a common wasp.
