They had one in the studio on the Gadget Show on Monday - looks very interesting - but pricy unless your selling/letting houses for a living or similar.

Well based on the USA price, the basic Epic model should be selling in the U.K for less than 200 Pounds.

I think they said about £180 odd, on the gadget show.  ;D

TBH I'm not sure there's a point.

It would have to be 4X the size/weight/cost because the motors would need to be bigger.  Then you'd run into "what lens should I use" and problems with zoom creep etc.  This is exactly the kind of things that high end compacts excel at.

And yes, I've been tempted before but I honestly can't see a use for it where I'd take more than 3 or 4 shots ever.

According to their blurp, the Epic 100 was tested with the Nikon D 80 and D 90 and some other DSLRs. But as Jonathan stated, Lens creep could be a problem and some others too.
