Australian Dust Storms
« on: September 23, 2009, 11:05:37 AM »
Please forgive me for looking at the Daily Mail website but here are some pics of the dust storms in Oz... after reading the website for too long I know it to be TRUE that the immigrants and liberals got to together to cause it

I remember some years ago a warm wind blew up from the Sahara desert and mixed with clouds of rain over the midlands. When we went out in the morning all the cars were covered in red dust.  :o

That is normal here in Spain during the summer, the sahara dust is red and a pain to hoover out of the pool and wash off the terraces etc. Then with  the first rains of the autumn it washes off the roof tiles so you have to clean everything again. :( Not moaning I wouldn't change living here for anything. :) Still I wouldn't have liked to have been in Sydney in that.
