I went on a walk yesterday just after lunch to the park with my eldest - took the camera - because, well why not!

There is a small lake enroute and there were some people feeding the birds - which made them a little lively to say the least!

Anyway I rattled about 130 shots off and got some that I quite liked - though most have a "fault" somewhere - wing clipped being the most common. Slightly impeded by having my 300+2x on the camera!

Great effort Mark.
A shame some of them are just off the frame but I guess that's not uncommon. Difficult subject to photograph.

They look nice and sharp.

Yes that was a bit annoying! There were about 30-40 of them flying in all directions and was a bit like a lion in a herd of gazelles - which one to go for  :2funny:

But yes the AF did work really well!
