As some of you are aware, Jonathan Ryan has been working closely with lighting manufacturers, Strobeam..  Some of might have even attended the launch seminar he ran for them back in February this year, and some might have missed out.

Well here's another opportunity to take part.   Jonathan is running a course for them in London on April 29th  Strobeam: location lighting tips and tricks, Course.  Full details and pricing can be found here, : Event Cancelled

Hopefully Jonathan will pop in and answer any questions you might have regarding this event.

Thanks to Jonathan for the heads up.

Cheers Mick.

For clarity - if you book via that link then Mick gets a fiver per ticket to support the site.  Or buy beer ;)

I was rather hoping you wouldn't mention the beer   :busted:   But yes, as you said any funds will go to keeping this place alive.   Every little helps as they say.   ;)

I went to the leicester seminar and can highly recomend it. The products demonstrated are an ideal blend of studio and "strobist" lighting.
Even if this type of photography is'nt your usual style, it would still be well worth a visit, if only for a meet up.

Just a reminder for anyone thinking of going.

EarlyBird discounted tickets can be purchased before 15th April -  After this time the price will rise to full price.  You can save yourself a tenner by booking early.  ;)
