Getting a lens checked/serviced

I've just become the proud owner of a Bronica ETRS with 75mm & 150mm lenses.

The 75mm lens doesn't appear to be working correctly in that the shutter speeds aren't working, it appears stuck on one quite fast speed (the lenses contain the shutter). The 150mm seems to work on all shutter speeds.

Any recommendations on where I can get it checked or serviced and potential cost? I can get another lens on ebay from around £75 - £120 so I'm wondering whether to get this one checked or just buy a new one (second-hand, you know what I mean)
