Fusionography
« on: November 29, 2010, 06:12:13 PM »
So we needed another buzz word.

The whole fusionography thing has kind of passed me by  All the hype about merging video shot on DSLRs with stills didn't make sense.  But then I got talking to a client and they gave me some money and I was bored....

Brief was to shoot a time lapse of a marquee build.  But since i was on site anyway....

4,000 stills and a bit of video.  Shot on a D3, D3S and D5000.  Then smacked about a bit in Lightroom and iMovie.

There will be another one with the dressing of the marquee.  Featuring the lighting of 1,200 candles :)

Great stuff. I`ve merged shots and video on holiday dvds I`ve done but nothing so ambitious as this amount of shots as I know how long they took me to edit.

Hope it didn`t rain after all that  ;)
