Framing Canvas

I have discovered, much to my annoyance, that local art suppliers aren't in tune with photo printing. I wish to print off a canvas on my Epson 1400 at it's max of 13"x19" which dependent of what size of wrap overlap I plan for, gives me a print size of say 12"x18" or 11"x17". None of my locals sell a canvas specific frame for either of those sizes. So I'm looking at cutting my own frames. Does anyone here know of an online woodworking web site that might have plans or instructions. I tried Googling and you wouldn't believe what came up.
And more, much more than this, I did it my way
