way to cheap to be true - every thing about it says close your wallet and hide it

WOT (Web of Trust add on for Firefox) rate this site as Poor and patricularly Not Trustworthy.

It does not go so far as to state  that the site is dangerous but that's usually the next step down from poor.

You have been warned....

So, having looked at this place again - it is a Chinese based company - delivering from China using the usual suspects for delivery.
The hub of most phishing, pharming and identity fraud at the moment is.... China! (through these sorts of web sites).

Not only will they collect your payment for an item never delivered (or maybe one that is not fit for purpose that  has been acquired for 'spares') they will then have all your details to go and help themselves to more of your funds. Every thing about this site says 'gullible people only need apply'.

You have been more than warned.

Some of the items are priced at around the Chinese average retail, but most are not. Even if they are genuine, and that seems very unlikely, then if you were to buy you also face import duty and then VAT on not only the goods but also the carriage. This often makes it unappealing to import from outside the EU even when the 'base' price looks good.

i emailed my brother back (who i got the link from) to tell him not to bother with the site and he knew nothing about it, turns out his phone jammed up yesterday trying to send out emails, he thought nothing of it and rebooted the phone, someone must of hacked his email account and sent out dodgy emails.

Are you thinking he might be a human rights activist hacked into by a certain set of state sponsored hackers?  ::)

Not good - I just had a look at the site out of interest. It would not load at all.
