This is the CHAT thread

It`s May and supposedly the mad month so let`s see something crazy, wacky or just plain funny from you
Any processing is up to you.

Pictures to be taken between now and Sunday 8th May, but if you are struggling this week one from your archive is fine.

Heard of Mad March Hares but not May madness?

Really? Always been lots of "May  Madness" events I've heard of - especially sporting ones and online challenges. You need to get out more oldboy . Anything a bit silly or whacky will do

This morning was the return of the largest vide grenier - car boot - event in the Dordogne, after 2 years away. It was heaving, beautiful weather. We were early and had to park more than 5oo metres away; by the time we left the on the road parking stretched back well over a kilometre. A young couple, looking confused, stopped to ask us where the event actually was - they'd already been walking for 2o minutes form where they parked the car, and had about another 10-15 to go just to get to the entrance.

A chap walking towards us had a trolley some some kind with only one wheel on it. It seems that people will buy just about anything when the sun is shining and the euros are burning a hole in their pocket.
