Selective Colour / Colour Pop  ENTRY thread

Saw another social media post where a keen newbie got slated for use of selective colour being told it was passe. I don`t use it too much and remember getting a imilar slating when I used it on request for a wedding shoot I did of the bouquet. No problem for me but I think it needs to add to the image rather than be done for the sake of it. So your task is to do one for me this week that shows effective use whether done in camera ( as it can be now) or through processing. If you`ve not done one there are loads of guides out there that will come up with a google search.

Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59 Monday 11th November 2019.

I quite like this, but as you say, not just for the sake of it. It needs to add something.
I have noticed that it can be a topic that gets slated, but I don't like the idea of limiting someones creativity if that's how they want to do it.
