OK, for a slightly different approach. We've had looking down and looking up, now for taking a sideways look at the world. So something sideways on obviously, or something that makes you take a second look.

No restrictions  on editing. Pictures to be taken preferably between now and Sunday 12th November 2017 23:59, OR  please enter something from your personal archives.

Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23:59pm Monday 13th November 2017

Poll will be up Tuesday 14th November 2017 .

Winner to be announced Saturday 18th November 2017

A little hard to grab a shot in overcast and breezy weather conditions this week, but luckily a bee popped in for its 'a bit on the side'

I don't know what everyone else has had weather wise this week, but the latter half here has been soggy and dim. Which is a shame, because I didn't find some moderately photogenic pegs until Thursday, and by then  the weather had turned. Took a shot anyway, but had to use a strobe, my rather unpredictable Sigma EF 610 Super: it worked in the end.

I have been struggling with this one. Think I may have an idea, just need to try now. I can tell its Sunday as I'm under a bit of pressure now to get the photo.

I was struggling but on a walk in the local woods I suddenly felt that I was being watched and had a sense of foreboding. Don`t know why...
