Can you recommend a site/outlet that is reliable and competitive for selling photo mounts and frames etc
Mainly looking for A4 and A3
did a google but the resulting companies I am not familiar with. So for those who display and sell who do you use ?
Thanks in advance

There is a place on e.bay called "Top Mounts" which are based in Chester. If you send them a message through e.bay stating what you require they will get back to you. As for frames I go to various manufactures in Manchester, the only one I know to have a website is called " Classic Art Pictures" but I think delivery will be expensive due to the weight. :legit:

Thanks for that Dave.
E- Bay is not an option for me.
Never used it and never will.

I went and had a chat with a local framing shop, in present times they are glad of the work and if you need a few will do you a deal. This really pays off when you want a one off size because tney won't dale winton for it.
Postage is often the killer if you want small numbers, not so bad in bulk though as you will find they'll use a courier.

These people are very good for mounts and they will do specials in small quantities if you ask. The bevel cut slip in mounts are the ones I use but that just a personal preference...

I buy frames from peple like Wilkinsons because they give a wide choice and reasonable prices...

Cheers matey. Thats the type of thing I was looking for. There will be a couple of us wanting the goods so quantity will mean prices can be reduced.
Ive not been happy with Wilkinsons selection or quality of frames in the past.

I used to use Cotswold Mounts too, still would if I had to. Their quality and service is excellent, but when I showed my local shop the slip in mounts he said "I can do that" - he did, and a bit cheaper too. plus I don't have to pay delivery.
