Think I got the wrong end of the stick with the theme. I thought we were looking for a letters in something not making a word from props. My image is totally off theme by the looks of it.

You haven't got the wrong end of the stick - it is a wide theme, from single letters to whole words. I just decided to go overboard a bit, that's all ;)

I have 2 to choose from, but have spent a weekend with club members in Melbourne and must go to work today. Will look, process and upload tonight. I like the ideas so far.

No that`s fine DD.  As H said I broadened the theme in the description saying just use the things around you and allowing for soundalike letters / words like  a eye for I etc.

Congrats to Howard on his "namesake" win. Think votes and entries were a bit down this week, presume people are away doing things for Easter.

Congratulations H.
I had something similar in mind (even had a vapour trail letter), but did not get round to doing anything with the shots.

Had rather a repetitive  afternoon though, so I might have something for the next competition.

Gosh! Thanks for the votes. I'd better get my thinking cap on for the next challenge.

Meanwhile, I still haven't taken a repetitive shot, although I do have a plan . . . of sorts.

Well done H. Got my vote this week though you took some liberties with the w  ;).

I`ll try and get a repetition one done today when our future in-laws have gone home but no idea what!

Well went out walking today and found that they had been felling trees and putting 3 slash marks in the stumps with a chain saw, why, i have no idea. Then spotted this one and thought that's it "Hi". The knot in the middle of the tree made it. :)

"HI"

The slots are there to allow water into the stump and cause the stump to rot faster.

Thanks for the info, wondered what it was for, cheers.
