Has anyone got first hand experience of the Kata Bumblebee camera bag? I seem to have out grown my current bag and need something a little larger

No
I'm a Lowepro AW fan.
AW (All Wather) means it has it's own raincoat in a zip compartment  . Very hand if you get caught in a downpour.

I have (for 2 years now) a Lowepro, but with the d700 4 lenses a t/c, nikon flash and all the other bits and bobs its all now a bit of a squeeze, but even if i buy a new bag I'll keep the Lowepro as its a fantastic bag

The Lowepro DryZone 100 is even better, as you don't need a raincoat at all.  :P

I've discovered that, since buying a Sony NEX and a couple of lenses I can get away with a jacket with two large pockets. Much more comfortable than lugging around a a huge knapsack, with people thinking I'm off up Kilimanjaro for a month or so.

It has the added advantage that when I'm not out taking pictures I can wear it anyway.  ;)

I watched a guy today a short distance away taking photos with a fair-sized DSLR with a short telephoto lens on, then slip it easily into an inside pocket of his open jacket. It did strike me as quite a good idea.
