ABERS

Got a fish eye lens attachment for my NEX for Father's Day and been playing around with it yesterday.
I seem to go out with the NEX more and more these days, not that I seem to go out that often. Took a walk down to Hampton Court where they are busy erecting seating for the forthcoming Olympic cycling events, and thought that the seats would make an interesting addition to a panel that I'm putting together using said fish eye gizmo.

Great photo and framing.  :tup:

Which seat have you earmarked?  :P

Sat on a train to Waterloo yesterday and got to thinking about those people you see whizzing by on the platform before the train either comes to a stop or gets up speed on departure. They're just a blur but leave an impression.
So with the trusty ols fisheye pressed up against the window I fired a few shots off on a slow shutter speed to see what transpired.

Hence the title. ::)

I think there might be some mileage in it. Must renew my Senior Travelcard!

Your adapter works very well - is it something that is available for other camera/lens combinations? I had a quick look on fleabay, but there didn't seem to be anything that looked much good.

Scrub that question - just found there is a specific NEX fisheye adapter, and I'm guessing that is what you have got. A very generous father's day present if I might say ;)

Those Amazon gift vouchers add up and take the sting out of costs! ;) Besides I'm a very generous father/grandfather.  ::)

I don't think it counts when you spend money on yourself!  :P

Must be getting a bit of a bore, but saw this view in a shopping mall and I immediately could see a crab reaching out to get me! :o

Glad I'm not the only one Paul. You must remember it was a 'fisheye' view though!  ::)
