I don't think anyone can hide completely. I haven't seen any events, apart from glimpses at news broadcasts, and am not interested in the Olympics, but even I have caught the bug. More or less. And I am rejoicing in the fact that so many young people are doing so well, and often only supported by family members and dedicated coaches.

Mrs H has had it on most of the time, so even though I have managed to read two and a half thick books during the games I have peered over the top of the page once in a while
