Entries & Nominations here please by Friday afternoon.  Don't forget to tell us about your picture or why you like the one you have nominated.  Dave.. :legit:

Beaux Reflets

#1
My nomination - The Lone Walker - by Reinardina - I particularly like this composition using the trees to frame the shot, while the camera perspective, misty avenue in the penetrating light carry the eye into the depth of the shot, with the choice in mono tone adding an edgy feel to a sense of mystery in the image.

and a personal favorite - Happy in Sunshine - from my album

The choices we make are rooted in reflection.

Could I remind everyone to place their nominations here and let me know who's pictures they are so that I can find them when I do the poll. Also Sue ( Greypoint ) do you want me to include my dogs picture or will you do it. I am assuming as you suggested it in the original thread... :legit:

Here are my two choices 1. Corn Field by  roguesgallery , this would make an excellent large canvas in my opinion.
                                        2. Morgue  by Picsfor,  A bit scary but there is something about it for me.

michaelb104's "Gerbera just after watering":
I love the way this is a colourless flower shot. Normally such shots concentrate on the bold and vivid colours, but this one really shows up the texture in the flower. Just Beautiful.

Howard's "Opposite Curves":
I love the complementary geometry and the umbrella pattern in the glass. It's a difficult object to light well, and Howard's done a great job.
