Some of you may know that I am a bit of a prog rock fan and, as H knows, one of my favourite bands is Pendragon (have to admit strong family ties here).  Last night we went to the launch of their new album "Passion" and that has inspired the theme for this week's comp.  Interpret it any way that you want and no restrictions on the post -processing.

Pictures to be taken between 00.01am Monday 28th March 2011 to 23:59 Sunday 3rd April 2011 .
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23.59pm Monday 4th April 2011.
Poll will be up Tuesday 12th April.
Winner to be announced Saturday 16th April.

The Rules for the weekly competition are...

By entering you agree to take responsibility to
post a topic on the Sunday following your declared win
create an entries thread
create a chat thread
create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc)

In case of a tie, the first entry posted wins.

photos to be taken during the specified dates, ie Monday xx to Sunday xx

pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23.59 Monday night

Passion! Could be a bit fruity!  :-*

We live in hope . .

BTW mega congrats Del for what must be the most convincing win ever.

I had grand plans for this one that all came to naught. So I had to get the cruet out . .

Now then Delamanda (and sorry to hijack the thread so soon.) but the band Pendragon, did'nt they have a member who is now rather more famous in the comedic world?
And while we're at it your avatar looks a bit like a section from a King Crimson album, not "In The Court of the Crimson King" but something of that era.
               As you were.  Graham.  :-\

Comedic world?  Not as far as I'm aware!  I need more of a clue on that one.  As for the era - you're not wrong, I am still living in the seventies.  If I hadn't found another entry for this week's comp, it would have been my collection of glam rock vinyl and platform boots!

I too had great plans for this one but time ran away with me and we were away for a good part of the weekend but luckily  I had taken this earlier in the week
