Congratulations on IOTW as chosen by last weeks winner StephenBatey
A very nice shot Reinardina

Goodness gracious me, my 'Cheshire Cat' colleague as IOTW, who could have expected that? Thank you Stephen, for chosing it.

Good choice, I like the connection with your cheshire cat and the way it is composed.

Thanks Simple. I suppose there is enough of a photographer left in me, to try and get the composition right, when I shoot one of my colleagues on their own.

Nice portrait R - well done.

I had a shortlist of 3 from which I made the final choice; two were from Reinardina. I liked the composition which is well balanced, with the diagonals adding a dynanism. I did look long and hard at the stalks that seem to be lifting the figure (top right of photo) but on balance thought that they actually added something. So, well done!

I'm flattered, that two out of the three photos on your shortlist were mine. Nowadays I only photograph to record 'work in progress' and 'before' and after' shots of the weekly tasks, done by our group of volunteer rangers. With the occasional digression, like this one. It's good to know I still have 'the eye' and get some good images on occasion. Thank you Stephen.
