A Wintry Pier

So I figured I ought to get out and take at least one picture of the recent snow that has caused havoc all over the country!

With the roads to the more scenic locations proving a little tricky to navigate, I donned my boots and took a slow and steady stroll to Littlehampton Pier, where I grabbed this shot.

Well Darren unlike nearly everyone else including myself capturing trees and landscape winter shots. Rolling Eyes Your Pier shot is fresh and a very well composed beautiful image. Love it for the simplicity and composition aswell as the diffirent approach..Very well done indeed. Well worth the walk in those slippery conditions under foot. Very Happy

Thanks for your comments Alan, appreciated. I know what you mean about seeing lots of snowy tree and landscape shots Very Happy That said, where i work there is still plenty of snow on the trees and hills, plus there is also a frozen lake...so I might yet join the masses and take a few of the 'standard' snow scenes!!
