5 Million Years BC

This volcanic landscape in Tenerife, Canary Islands looked (to me) like something out of a dinosaur movie. The volcanic rocks, the smoke and the colours, mix to make a lovely landscape. Hope you like it, I wanted to share it with you all.

Dinosaurs disappeared at the end of the Cretaceous period about 66 million years ago. It still has the look but only ferns around and no trees. Great shot. Very Happy

Thanks oldboy. The green tinge to the image is actually as it was taken, and gives an errie look.
