Mallahide Castle

This is a HDR shot of the castle (Its not what I'd call a castle, but hey ho!) It's generated with 7 exposures (Hand held!) and Photomatrix. The original shot is pretty lifeless and this gave it a bit of something! I perhaps should have cropped some of the grass off at the bottom?

I can't say I'm a fan of HDR it makes the picture look false and nothing like a photography . ( Only my opinion though ) Very Happy

i like some HDR shots false yes, overcooked yes but sometimes very creative. this shot for me falls into the creative category Very Happy

Thanks for the comments. HDR is just another technique in my book. But I can appriciate its not to everyone taste. Which is a good thing! The shot needed something - it was pretty naff - lighting was flat etc. Might try something else when I get chance!
