Scenic Scotland

Taken on a little day out taking photo's around the West of Scotland, I stacked my ND's up, and tried some long exposure shots. I was hoping to get the grass to blur in the wind, and I am really pleased with the colour of the water!

Well done for trying something different. Have you done any adjustments in curves as the colours look a little off? Otherwise a great landscape shot. Very Happy

Yes, the origional image was rather over exposed with the sky appearing red. I adjusted the curves for the sky and distant hills using a mask in elements. Very Happy Thanks for the feedback!

i like the blurred grass and composition. probably would have liked to see some detail in the dark areas on the left and right hand side. Very Happy

Very nice image. Are you using cokin filter? The reason I ask if they tend to turn the image magenta when they are stacked.

Yep it is a Cokin Filter System.
