Thanks for the comments. A spine tingling moment as these iconic planes left Coningsby, especially as I was on the flight path of these type of bombers during the war. Also a nice mingle of aircraft, 2 Lancs, 1 Spit, 1 Hurricane and several Typhoons, with one typhoon in an hell of a hurry as it went vertical at great speed.

Clone in another 98 and there you have a 100 bomber raid!

Unless I manage to get a decent image of the Battle of Britain flight plus vera, I will certainly be incuding the Spit & Hurricane and have a large canvas done to go alongside my Vulcan image.

Well Done Harry. Are you going to Waddington for the line-up of Vulcan and both Lancastars this Thursday? http://www.warplane.com/lancaster-2014-uk-tour.aspx
hssutton   [Aug 19, 2014 at 07:31 PM]
Thanks Reinardina and Simon. Simon I wasn't aware about the line up at Waddington, so many thanks for that. We will be having our own display at Stubby airfield this coming Sunday, not sure if the Canadian Lanc will be there
