What I like about this, Alan, is the composition along with very good control of the bright light. I also like the way you've handled the b.g. which lets the bird have the stage to herself and let us all know not to mess in her front yard. Smile

thank you very much, this particular bird does make the garden her ( i like to think it's a her) own, the white patch on her neck, are unique to her.
