Grant Sharkey

Last weekend saw the 'Music in the City' event. Live music, from grunge, via jazz, to opera. Mainly played out in the old part of the city.

Thank you Karen. I was in doubt, as the gentleman in the background has beautiful grey hair and a prple sweater, which is a lovely combination.

That's a great shot, his expression is of joy. Love the B&W conversion too, I didn't even see the man in the background until I read the comment. The brick wall is a nice background too. well done

Thanks Jen. Yes the conversion removed the viewer in the bacground. And the wall is medieval, so should be nice! The whole event was set in medieval vaults, courtyards etc, which gave huge scope for photographers.
