Nice! How do you keep the reds from appearing saturated?

Hi Hugh - sorry haven't been online for a few days. I took the picture with a black background and just a standard lamp for light, the exposure was darkened to -2. There was a little tweaking in PS, but looking back on my RAW file, I didn't do much more than crop and darken the background a little.
