The Third Man

Looking for monochrome shots recently, I saw this chap in, for this day and age, quite unusual attire. I could only have one crack at him, as the minute I moved to get a better angle, a gust of wind nearly got his hat, the bus arrived and he moved quickly out of sight, behind the rubbish bin to get on board, clutching his hat.

The quality of the shot is not hundred percent, so I tarted it up, to evoke the early spy thrillers.
