Cracking shot and composition. Love the Simplistic and texture of this image.

Thanks OB. I 'culled' it from a larger graffiti image.

I think I prefer Motherand Child over Dots

Congratulations on the IOTW. Well done

Thanks OB for your choice! Surprised and thrilled to be in the limelight again.

Thanks Andy and Sandy. I did consider Mother and Child as a title. Should I change it? I thought Dots was simpler.

Have we gone all Turner Prize. Sharp and simple but a close up shot of someone`s bit of graffiti - I`m not so sure IOTW . Still at least you are shooting. I have a total block just now.

It's a detail view of something in my area. Is there a difference, between a close up, out of context, of a detail of part of a building, and this? It's all public art.
No - no difference. I`ve taen lots of shots of public garffiti and never know whether it is truely my work or theirs and yet never have any qualms about how I shoot the building. I guess the difference is that graffiti is not 3 dimensional and stops you giving it a different viewpoint / aspect. No offence intended by the way - the 2nd face was a comment o my block.

No offence taken! If you shoot at an angle, you do get a slightly different perspective, but that didn't work in this case. Hope your block will soon disappear. I haven't been taken many photos as I am still stuck at home with all sorts of contractors.
