IOTW - Ugly in all shapes

Wasn't sure what to do with this - it is an ugly scene symbolic of the modern age - pylons, workers vans parked outside the front, factory unit in the middle of a residential area and then of course the addition of the ugly weather we have been enjoying for soooo much of February.
To round it off i thought i would badly crop it and do some real poor processing just to make the picture was as ugly as the subjects!
