Westminster

A waited for it to rain so I that it could add a little bit of impact to an oft taken shot - but it was an even longer wait for the tourists to all move out of the way!

Great visual feast of westminister Ian. Love the colourpopping, and the wet pavement really adding another level with the relfected streetlighting.. Superb shot.
