To Publish - or Not to Publish?

I was looking at photographing the scene minus boy when he came running round the corner to play a game of 'hide and seek' from his family.
I took a couple of shots with him in and of those i took i actually like this one the best.

The question here is - am i right to upload it and publish it in this forum - or should i withdraw it?
