Hi, yes he does speak he is a cheaky young chap he sings happy birthday to bailey , someshere over the rainnbow , bar bar black sheep among some of them he also has a very good vocabulary of other words and sentences, he is a very special bird in that I rescued him about 5 years ago after loosing my hand in an accident he gave me the will to go on
