I think people should keep theri dogs under controle and it not a wonderful image and pretty sick

I can see your point Beryl but the dog should be allowed to have a run. Anyway most Herons I see take off on eye contact so this one must of been day dreaming in the unexpected sunshine. Never heard of a Jack Russell catching a Heron. Smile
