Bread Fungus

If anybody knows the proper name for this fungi please let me know as I haven't a clue. I did have a quick look see at about 15 pages on the interweb but couldn't find anything that matched.

Could be Oyster Fungus, which grows on Beech Trees, but looks like Parasol Mushrooms which grow in grassy places. Love the title as it does look like garlic bread! Wink Great shot and well spotted. Very Happy
