Brighton Royal Pavilion

I've lived here 6 years and never got a picture of this place by night!
Mind you, for most of that time it's been covered in scaffolding as part of its restoration process.
Well i had to get one picture of it didn't i?

Nice shot of the Pavillion which I remember well from my trips to see my brother in Brighton. Have to say it looks a bit out of focus in places but I assume it was hand held. Wasn't there a working fountain there once ? then again it would of ruined the relection if it was working... Regards, Dave

I know what you mean about the focusing. It was mounted on a tripod with the 17-40 at the 17 end. Fountain no longer there - but glad it's not. Some of the focus is due to trees being blown around at the edges creating a blur during its 30 second exposure - others i'll have to go and look at 100% +.

Cracking shot and was worth the wait. Great reflection in the water. Very Happy
