Willow Weep For Me

About a mile from my house is a small park called Botanic Gardens. A river runs through it and by the river stands a weeping willow. For some reason, I find reflections of the image more satisfying than images of the tree itself. I must have captured this before it was in full leaf.

Cracking shot and well spotted. The low winter sun is great for shots like this and give it an otherworld effect. Very Happy

Thanks very much. I left the ducks in so as to cause some confusion to the viewer. Thanks for the welcome, reflections are always that bit darker and sometimes that works to your advanatge. I only wish my tries to get this tree right way up were as good - just never works out as well as the reflection turned through 180 degrees.

Lovely image. Not sure I had joined when this was posted. Hadn't seen it before. Haven't seen much of your work since I joined, which is a pity.
