i prefer this of the 2 you've posted. The other one is a bit too dark for my liking, where as this one has more definition of subjects. The sky has a bit more colour as well...

The variation in lighting from minute to minute was amazing, I took loads of shots from exactly the same spot and they all look different, its all about light
