Atmosphere

Another image of one of my volunteer colleagues hard at work. I love the smoke of the bonfire and always make sure to be around when it is first lit. Sadly, our resident cows have now gone home for the winter. They often added that je ne sais quoi I think, especially once they got used to us and had lost their shyness.

I like this one too - though I can't decide if I would have prefered the person to be facing the camera or not. But atmospheric Smile

Thank you Anglefire. My volunteer shots are record shots. I photograph people at work, or at their break. I walk round to find the best shot, but I do not interfere with the work by asking them to move or pose. In this case I needed the contre jour for the effect and Jane just happened to work facing the light.
