Pain. Witnessed through a window from afar.

Hearing a noise in the drive I looked out to see ambulances and police cars. A house in the drive where I live is currently being renovated by some polish workmen, and it was obvious something had happened there. One man in particular seemed grief stricken and was rolling on the floor wailing in anguish. I have since found out that it was a tragic accident, a workman had died of a heart attack. The man in this photo had been restrained because he was very drunk and was in danger of harming himself.

Very dramatic and a complicated story. Was this drunk part of the workforce? Or just a passer by?

Thanks for the comments. The men were all Polish. Tragically it seems the man who died is the man who had bought and was renovating the house with his friends. the man in the photo had been drinking but was overcome with grief and throwing himself on the floor. I believe he was handcuffed to prevent him harming himself.
