Hi debs, how are you. 

I will be there but surprised there isn't more infomation on the BC new website. 

I was also at the ArtsFest on two days and this year we had no rain.

It looks like it might well be good.

I'd guess early evening would be best while there is still light in the sky. I'll see if I can make it!

Hi, I've been incredibly busy with work, etc... so not been doing much photo-ing.

I did manage to get to ArtsFest on the Saturday and Sunday too - had a great time! Weather helped too.

Tho not sure I'll get to Light Night. It's my bday that day and Hubby's already made some plans for the evening - don't have the heart to tell him I want to go take photos without him instead. bummer!
