One of the legendary 'threads' was the one discussing the 'one star ranger'. That will probably make a few here smile, it was all a bit childish - but caused some anxiety. The 'one star ranger' did not make it to this site

Jeez, that's exactly what I did when I read the one star ranger bit.  ;D
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

Do we all agree, or does Mick really know best? It's quite possible that I have a personal erm, shall we say distaste, for some that is not shared by others?
I know the young whippersnappers that were so rude, are not much liked, but to be honest, I stopped reading that particular thread as I found it too painful. I don't even know exactly who they were. They don't visit the competition thread anymore anyway. The competition is the only part of PR that gets my regular attention.
I have (mental) problems with the double act, that is now not so much a double act anymore, as they had a fall out, and seem to be a bit more independent.

Any psychologists/psychiatrists on the scene that can explain my dislike?

I only really go back when I read posts like this and become intrigued at what's going on.
I think at my peak I frequented 4 different photo sites. Now I'm content to just come here.  ;)

Especially if you want some advice about taking soccer team photos ::)

Great chance of winning the Photo answers competition and be in with a chance of winning a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend several days photographing Manchester United.  :2funny:

Well they'er most welcome, but we don't accept just any old riffraff you know. :P
                     Graham.

That begs the question....How did you get on here?  :P :legit:

I dug my own tunnel!  :)

Think we need to dig a new one.  Either that or the registration system is broken.
I'd code a tunnel, but it's more trouble than the site's worth.

I left there partly upon a jibe that suggested I formed part of a so called clique. This worried me, as I realised that that was the one thing I was truly missing out on.

Andy, when you had your account totally wiped, you took away half of my 'Friends!' I had only Apostolis left. Since then, I have managed to 'attract' a few more.

My sincere apology Reinardina - I guess others woke up at the same time  and I think CC is a far more pleasant, more professional place to be.  :)

Andy, there were no others! I was a strictly two men woman. Have been for a very long time. I have now, rather unexpectedly,  become really polygamous.
I definitely agree about the pleasantness and professionalism of CC; I'm still grateful I was accepted!
