CHAT - Interpretations of Decay – Weekly Comp 25th Apr to 1st May 2011

A shot that shows your interpretation of decay.....

So it could be something as simple as a patch of rust or as large as urban decay.

No restrictions on PPing.

Pictures to be taken between 00.01am Monday 25th April 2011 to 23:59 Sunday 1st May 2011 .
Pictures to be posted in the entries thread no later than 23.59pm Monday 2nd May 2011.
Poll will be up Tuesday 3rd May 2011.
Winner to be announced Saturday 7th May 2011.

By entering you agree to take responsibility to
Post a topic on the Sunday following your declared win
Create an entries thread
Create a chat thread
Create a poll for that weeks comp and declare the winner on the Saturday
(if for any reason there is a problem and no subject is posted by the winner by Monday night admin will advise second place winner to post the topic asap, do the poll etc)

In case of a tie, the first entry posted wins.

Closer to ruin than decay but apparently according to the olive coloured sign in the picture this was once the worlds largest marine aquarium back at the time, unfortunately it is at the base of the BBC tower and a bit of a sensitive area festooned with cctv so I couldn't go urban exploring:(

Nearly forgot to take something to enter, with all this holiday I'd forgot what day it was.



This is a log at the bottom of my garden that is slowly being covered by Ivy.  I put a few logs at the bottom of the garden to encourage wildlife about 5 years ago, I was hoping to get hedgehogs hibernating under them but no luck yet.
