I met Tim this past summer during one of his courses (to be recommended, btw). Very professional, and very interested in getting it right in camera and encouraging. Also quite an amusing chap.

I was only assuming that by the user name.  Seems a bit strange that he'd use one like that, but he's not shy when it comes to stirring.  

Of course it could be someone else doing a bit of winding up.  Anyway, banned again whoever it is.

By all accounts, just being nominated is an achievement, let alone actually winning. So, let's hope he also makes the final furlong...

As for popping in - i think Tim's problem is the same as some others - just too damn busy to find time to fit it all in.
But if we're honest - we should be glad that his photography is doing that well for him.
