Anyone familiar with the old Yashica Rangefinders? I have a J, was my brothers and I got it as a handmedown forty odd years ago. I was trying to see if it would still work and discovered the focus ring is jammed. I don't want to force it but I'm stymied as to where I should be looking to free it up.

I'd already been there, gives a nice history of the camera but no links I could see, to repair or operating manuals.  :'(

And I would have bet money I posted similar inquiry on YashicaForum but I've just visited there and my message doesn't appear. Hmmm.
